Delivery Policy will notify you via email when your goods have been dispatched to you.   We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the goods will be delivered. Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date. We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control.

We always aim to dispatch the items on the day of the receipt of the order, however, we reserve the right to dispatch the order within 72 hours from the receipt of the order. Shall there be a further delay in the processing of your order, you will be informed accordingly.

Where agreed, we shall deliver the Goods to any address (in the United Kingdom) you may specify (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given). We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable.

Any items that are not received within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact us so that we can investigate. We will not be responsible for any non-delivered products after this time or failure to advise accordingly.

Please note that working days are classified as Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays. Delivery times apply to items in stock.  On the occasion that an item is not in stock we will contact you and either give you an estimated time of availability or give you a full refund. Deliveries normally occur from 7:30am – 5:00pm.

Please be aware that delays in courier services may happen for a number of reasons, and all delivery times specified by the courier service providers are only estimated. In the event of your shipment being delivered later than expected, we will investigate the issue with the service provider and inform you about the possible outcome in due course. Courier companies will not be held liable for any compensation in any non-guaranteed services.

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.

Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you.  We will not be held responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods.  We will equally not be held responsible if the incorrect address details have been supplied. will use different couriers depending on the manufacturer of the product and size of the order and so the delivery methods will vary.
